Project: UEFA EURO 2008 ™ for the agency’s client Coca-Cola
Scope: Execution of sub projects for the marketing campaign in Germany (ticket and winner handling, creation of  hospitality packages, UEFA approvals for promotion and advertising material)
Period: 9 months

  • Ticket handling for Coca-Cola Germany (ticket order and logistics, budgetary issues, documentation)
  • Coordination of winners' communication for ticket promotions in Germany
  • Winner handling and travel management for the German Coca-Cola Flag Team
  • Creation of hospitality packages for 450 people in cooperation with Coca-Cola Austria
  • Coordination of the guest registration process for all hospitality programs (VIP, consumers, employees)
  • Cost calculation and allocation for Hospitality packages
  • Interface between Coca-Cola and UEFA for the approval of communication activities in Germany
  • Internal advisory support regarding the correct use of logos, contents and trademarks
  • UEFA approvals for Premium goods (e.g. t-shirts, bags) used by the Coke system worldwide
