Projects: AUDI Q5 Sales Training in Spain
Scope: Hotel and participant management for a total amount of 10 000 international guests
Period: 2 months

  • Supervision of room allocation including all required adjustments in accordance with three 5-star-hotels
  • Interface between participants and the hotels regarding all short-term changes and special room requests
  • Planning, organization and documentation of room drop logistics (distribution of AUDI give-aways through the guest management)
  • Regular generation of participant overviews through the event data base and timely dispatch to the hotels and project team
  • Trouble-shooting at check-in and reception
